These are some textures you will receive the original SBS file and the PNG and normal maps are exported in 2 Different surface formats. For OpenGL or DirectX for maximum compatibility for both Unreal and Unity. 4 textures with Heightmap may not work 100% with all renderers it is why they are $2.00. These assets may be used in my own personal projects, you only own the rights for redistribution of the textures in your own projects.
